Delivery Areas
We ship to all cities and governorates across Egypt including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and all other regions.
Delivery Timeframes
Cairo and Giza: 1-3 business days. Other governorates: 3-5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions may be available on orders above a minimum value.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition, undamaged and in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements, items damaged due to misuse, or products purchased on clearance or final sale.

Refunds
